I can't see the site in my browser correctly?
The site is designed to be viewed in Internet Explorer 6 (or higher) and Mozilla Firefox 2 (or higher).

The site doesn't fit on the screen properly?
The site is designed to be viewed with a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 (or higher). To do this:

Windows XP

  • Right click on the desktop (background screen)
  • Click 'Properties' from the drop down list.
  • Click the 'Settings' tab.
  • Under 'Resolution' scroll the scroller to 1024 X 768. This may go higher if you have a widescreen monitor.
  • Click OK.
  • The screen will flicker and change to the the new resolution configuration.

Windows Vista

  • Right click on the desktop (background screen)
  • Click 'Personalise' from the drop down list.
  • Click the 'Settings' tab.
  • Under 'Resolution' scroll the scroller to 1024 X 768. This may go higher if you have a widescreen monitor.
  • Click OK.
  • A box may appear asking if you want to keep these new settings. Click Yes.
  • The screen will flicker and change to the the new resolution configuration.

I can't see the right hand panel ?
To view the panel on the right, you must have "Scripting" enabled in your browser settings.

To enable scripting in Internet Explorer:

  • Open Internet Explorer.
  • Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
  • In Internet Options dialog box select the Security tab.
  • Click Custom level button at bottom. The Security settings dialog box will pop up.
  • Under Scripting category enable Active Scripting and Scripting of Java applets
  • Click OK to save changes.
  • Close and reload Internet Explorer
